PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Billing & Collections
Billing residents
Dues collection

Rules & Regulations
Regularly visits the community to spot violations
Sends violation notices to residents not in compliance
Functions as the contact person for residents with questions or reporting a violation
Vendor Management
Help coordinate vendors for various projects and association maintenance
Assist in negotiating and re-negotiate contracts with vendors
Solicit competing bids from vendors
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors
Accounting Services
Managing and reconciling bank accounts and ledgers
Preparing timely and accurate accounting reports
Distributing financial reports to the associations board of directors and homeowners
Advising the board during the meetings
Setting up and monitoring reserve accounts for future projects and to cover unforeseen losses
Site Management
Track maintenance or service requests
Oversee maintenance and repairs
